Includes 2 folding outdoor chairs which sit on a new outdoor carpet.  Kitchen is fully equipped, just add food.  Coffee can be made in the French Press for a great 'morning at camp' experience so don't forget the ground coffee.  Lights run off battery so dry camping is a great option.  Sweetpea has on board water and can be hooked to city water. The ice box comes holds a large block of ice and works very well however, an extra cooler is recommended for your ice cubes and the items you need often such as soft drinks. Included are a few family friendly vintage board games. The power is 15 amp and has an extra extension cord. 

Pets are welcome but not on the bed, floor only. 

No smoking in trailer OR near door and windows. 

Can be towed with a car, weighs only 1500 lbs. Trailer brakes not required. 4 pin plug and has adapter to 7 pin if required.  Ball is for an 1 7/8 and a loaner bar is available if needed.  Newer tires. Unit is sanitized after each rental.
